Design Sign-Off: Once I deliver the initial design layout, you’ll review it and provide feedback. After we agree on a final design and you sign off on it, the design phase is considered complete.
Content Sign-Off: Similarly, the web copy (text content) will be developed and reviewed with you. When you approve the final version, that phase is also complete.
After both sign-offs, the Satisfaction Guarantee concludes for those deliverables.
